Lavendar oil has been extracted through 100% steam distillation from two (2) Lavender plants: Lavandula angustifolia (English Lavender) from Bulgaria and Lavandula hybrida (Lavandin Grosso) from France. Our Lavender Oil (aceite de lavanda) is therapeutic grade and not adulterated, modified or diluted. Compared to Bulgarian lavender Oil, French lavender has a top note with a strong aroma, it has a rich floral scent that is somewhat fruitier and more mellow but slightly camphoraceous. This lavender oil blend is perfect for aromatherapy. It also works well in soap-making and DIY skincare and haircare recipes. This product comes in a large 4 fluid ounce glass bottle and includes a glass dropper. This avoids any possibility that undesirable chemicals from plastic containers leach into this oil.
