Very satisfied with the product!There isn't really much to say about the benefits of coconut oil to someone who is looking at this product. You already know or you wouldn't be looking. What I can say is the quality of Nauture's Answer is outstanding. I have tried many products which are all good, but this one seems to work better. I sent some off to college with my 22 year old son to help him with the remaining few stress classes and he instantly felt better. His hair and nails were finally healthy again. His gums weren't bleeding and he ate less junk. For me, I feel alive. My menopause symptoms are reduced, my hair is full and my skin is gorgeous. I love coconut oil and this product is A+ with an A+ price. PerfectI have been using this coconut oil for a long time. It is a great product, it is extra virgin - which means the 1st pressing of the coconut to get the 1st oils out of it. This gives you better results and cleaner results than 2nd and 3rd pressings.I notice if I don't use it for a few days. It works great with my tumeric with black pepper to help with autoimmune issues.The one thing I do not care for with this is that the bottle is glass. I prefer a plastic bottle especially in my house with kids and I am rather clumsy! It is also lighter to travel with if it is plasticI use it to help with memory lapses and muzzy-headedness. While nothing restores the memory I had 20 years ago, this product and this particular brand makes a notable difference in my clarity of thought and memory, much more so than other brands.I prefer the capsule covering to be clear; these are white and I don't like not being able to see what's inside.
